Registration and Payment
Your spot is reserved by filling out the online registration form and submitting payment. The registration fee of $500 Includes:
Four days of intensive training
Lunch all four days
a minimum of 20 SCECH hours
Plus one coaching session in your classroom in the Fall
Payment can be made by credit card, paypal, check or purchase order.
If this event becomes an online course, a price adjustment will be made and refunds will be issued as needed.

What to Bring
The Institute will take place indoors and outdoors, in sun and shade, sometimes over uneven ground. We will be active a good portion of the day.
You are encouraged to bring whatever snacks and personal belongings you would like to stay comfortable during training. Also bring:
Closed toed shoes
Clothing appropriate for weather conditions
Note taking materials
Your favorite teambuilding, SEL and academic activities to share
Buckle up for four days of intensive training!
We will begin promptly at 9:00 Monday morning and work until 4:30 each afternoon. Plan on concluding no earlier than 4:30 on Thursday.
If we need to change to an online course, we will still meet on these days, but the schedule will be adjusted.

Meals and Lodging
Lunch will be provided each day of the Institute. Please provide any information about your dietary needs prior to July 1.
All other meals are on your own.
If you need lodging for the Institute, the closest hotels are near Plymouth Road in Ann Arbor. Links to two of them are provided here:

Registration fees may be transferred to another individual by contacting Whole Planet Consulting at the email above.
Institute registration canceled on or before June 15, 2020 is refundable but subject to a $100 administrative fee.
Registrants canceling before June 30, 2020 will receive half the registration fee.
Registrants canceling after June 30, 2020 will not receive a refund.
The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived.
If the Institute is changed to an online event, registrants will be notified and refunded any price difference.
In the event Whole Planet Consulting must cancel the Institute due to unforeseen circumstances, Whole Planet Consulting will refund the cost of registration. However Whole Planet Consulting does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses including charges made for travel and lodging.
**Special Statement concerning COVID-19**
This event will take place as scheduled, either in person or online. If it is changed to an online event, a price adjustment will be made and refunds will be issued as needed. Be well!
